These Polaris Peptides terms and conditions apply to every order placed on polarispeptidesco.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first. They’re short on purpose.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Polaris Peptides, and “you” means the person placing the order.
1. Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory and in-vitro research only. They aren’t drugs, food, supplements or cosmetics, aren’t for human or veterinary use and haven’t been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You agree to handle them as research materials, in line with the laws where you are.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order. By ordering you confirm that you’re buying for legitimate research and that you’re responsible for storing and using the products safely.
3. Products, prices and stock
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its strength and purity. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price at checkout is the price you pay. Pack discounts are applied automatically in the Quantity menu. If we ever make a pricing error, we’ll contact you before shipping.
4. Orders and payment under the Polaris Peptides terms and conditions
Every order on the site falls under these Polaris Peptides terms and conditions, from a single vial to a 20-vial pack. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent or meant for human use, and we’ll refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping from Polaris Peptides
Orders ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. Delivery times are estimates. Peptides are freeze-dried and stable at room temperature in transit; store them as each product page describes once they arrive.
6. Damaged or incorrect Polaris Peptides orders
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email sales@polarispeptidesco.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can and we’ll make it right. Because research materials can’t be resold once they leave us, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products.
7. Product information
Every product listed by Polaris Peptides is described with its compound name, amount per vial and purity. Product photos show the real vials; the label on your vial may show a different batch number from the one pictured.
Research summaries on product pages describe published studies. They aren’t claims about what a product will do, and they aren’t medical advice. Purity figures come from our HPLC-MS testing of each batch.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate details at checkout, to keep your account password private and to store and handle products as research materials. That means keeping them away from children and pets, labeling mixed vials and disposing of used materials in line with your lab’s rules. If you’re buying for an institution, you confirm you’re allowed to place the order on its behalf.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for how products are used after delivery.
