Description
The CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend from Polaris Peptides holds 5mg CJC-1295 No DAC and 5mg Ipamorelin, freeze-dried together in one vial. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
What the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend contains
CJC-1295 No DAC: CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.
CJC-1295 No DAC with ipamorelin is the most common pairing in GH secretagogue research. Ipamorelin is the most selective ghrelin-receptor peptide, so the GH pulse comes with little change in cortisol or prolactin.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials. One reconstitution, one label, the same proportions in every draw.
Mechanisms behind the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend purity and lab testing
We test CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend by HPLC-MS, which pairs liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. The first part measures purity and the second confirms the molecule is the right one. CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend tests at over 99% purity.
The vials are vacuum-sealed once the powder is freeze-dried. Moisture and oxygen are the two things that break down dry peptide fastest, and the seal keeps both out.
Write the batch number from the label into your lab notes. If a result looks odd later, you can tie it back to the exact batch you used.
CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend reconstitution and concentration
Here’s the math for 10mg of powder:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/mL
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label.
Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
Storing CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend
Freeze-dried CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend handles room temperature fine during shipping, but for anything longer keep it in a freezer at -20°C, away from light. Once mixed, keep it in the fridge at 2 to 8°C and use it within 28 days.
If you keep several vials going at once, store them upright in a closed box so they stay out of the light and don’t get knocked over every time the fridge opens.
