Polaris Peptides BPC-157: 5mg, 10mg and the blends
Polaris Peptides BPC-157 comes in 5mg and 10mg vials, over 99% pure by HPLC-MS, and in four blends. This guide covers what BPC-157 is, what the research has looked at and how to choose.

What is Polaris Peptides BPC-157?
BPC-157 stands for Body Protection Compound 157. It’s a 15-amino-acid peptide, Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, taken from a larger protein found in gastric juice. Most of the published work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb, which has studied it in rodents since the early 1990s.
Polaris Peptides BPC-157 is freeze-dried and vacuum-sealed, with a batch number on every label. It isn’t an approved drug, it’s on the WADA prohibited list, and ours is sold for lab research only.
Polaris Peptides BPC-157 prices and packs

- BPC-157 10mg: from $60
Both vials come in packs of 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20. At 20 vials, BPC-157 5mg drops to about $24.50 a vial. See every pack price on our bulk research peptides page.

BPC-157 blends at Polaris Peptides
- BPC-157 TB-500 Blend 10mg/10mg: from $110
- GLOW Blend 50mg (GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157): from $89
- GLOW Blend 70mg (GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157): from $99
- KLOW Blend 80mg (GHK-Cu, KPV, TB-500, BPC-157): from $125
The BPC-157 TB-500 blend puts both repair peptides in one vial. GLOW adds GHK-Cu for skin and wound models, and KLOW adds KPV on top for inflammation. If you’d rather keep each peptide separate, order TB-500 10mg alongside.
What the BPC-157 research has looked at
Rat studies have tested BPC-157 on tendon, ligament and muscle injuries, on stomach and gut lesions and on blood vessel growth. Several papers link its effects to the nitric oxide system and VEGF receptor signaling, and a 2011 study reported more growth hormone receptors in tendon cells. Human data is very limited. Mixing and storing Polaris Peptides BPC-157
Add sterile bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl until clear. A 5mg vial with 2mL gives 2.5mg/mL, and a 10mg vial with 2mL gives 5mg/mL. Keep sealed vials frozen at -20°C, and mixed vials in the fridge for up to 28 days.

BPC-157 compared with TB-500, KPV and GHK-Cu
These four are the core of our recovery range, and each covers a different step of repair. BPC-157 is linked to blood vessel growth and the nitric oxide system. TB-500 acts on actin and how cells move into damaged tissue. KPV is studied for calming inflammation, and GHK-Cu for collagen and the skin matrix.
That spread is the reason the blends exist. If your model touches more than one step, a blend gives you a fixed ratio in one vial. If you want to vary the ratio, buy the single vials of Polaris Peptides BPC-157 and its partners separately.
Choosing between the 5mg and 10mg vial
The 5mg vial suits pilot runs and short studies, where less material sits mixed in the fridge. The 10mg vial is cheaper per milligram and means half as many vials to reconstitute over a long project. Both come from the same tested stock.
